FAQ
The most frequently asked questions we ask ourselves before our first canyoning trip
Absolutely not ! No jump is obligatory, it is always possible to pass the obstacles in another way: by going around, going over a slide, or even by abseiling.
Remember to bring sports shoes with good ankle support, a swimsuit (or shorts), a bath towel and a bottle of water. For specific equipment, we take care of it: a full neoprene suit and neoprene slippers to protect you from the cold, a helmet and a harness for safety.
The Furon canyon is perfect for a complete discovery of canyoning. It allows you to take advantage of all types of obstacles existing in a canyon: jumps, slides, rappels, siphons and underground passages.
We offer outings suitable for children aged 8 and over. There are several canyons well suited to children as well as adults with a little apprehension. Do not hesitate to contact us so that we can direct you to the best canyon for you!
A good pair of sports or walking shoes that secure the ankle. In canyons, the rocks and river bottoms can be very slippery and the stones often unstable, which is why it is important to have suitable shoes. Please note, beach type slippers are strongly discouraged!
